The practice of a sports activity after 50 years is recommended.   Nevertheless, it is advisable to remain cautious and to favor an activity  risk-free, since  the  body of seniors does not respond  more as well to the solicitations of the physical effort. Generally recommended activities are: hiking, Nordic walking, gymnastics, yoga, cycling and swimming. Before you start, talk to your doctor. Here are some sites that will help you make your choice.
